Description: Adelphi Medical Staffing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to work at a correctional facility in Salters, South Carolina. The ideal LPN will have 1 year or more experience in the correctional environment and have current South Carolina licensed.

Requirements:
- Unrestricted South Carolina License
- Registered with the South Carolina Board of Nursing
- 1 year or more experience in Correctional environment preferred

Responsibilities:
- Completing necessary medical documents in a legible format.
- Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients.
- Monitor mental health illness and medication with appropriate referral, medical referrals and follow-ups.
- Receiving patients and explaining procedures to alleviate undue anxiety
- Submitting reports and evaluations as requested
- Coordinate with the Clinical Director, Medical Officer, or Mid-Level Practitioner for treatment of patient and release of information.
