Responsibilities:
- Participate in the screening, evaluation, and care of inmates in a variety of settings.
- Follow nursing standards, procedures and protocols in care for patients.
- Provide appropriate nursing interventions in emergency situations.
- Maintain health services records logs and assist with data entry within the scope of nursing related items.
- Document and reassess any significant changes in the patient's condition in compliance with facilitys policy.
- Ensure provision of safety and comfort of all patients.
- Follow established patient care protocols, and observe federal, state, and county policies, regulations, and guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
