Other Details: The facility, which is stroke-certified and trauma level 1, is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours and 2nd Call / Backup call if needed. The facility would also like someone who would be interested in evening and weekend calls. The schedule hours for Clinic /Hospital is 8a-5p; M-F, there are Call Night /Weekends. There are an average of 15 patients per shift with the 18-99 years old and 18 beds in the department.
