  Other Details: The facility, which is trauma level 3, is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours only. This is a full-time and ongoing need starting mid-Aug. For any new locum, the first day will be a full orientation day M-F right before the first scheduled shift. The facility wants a provider with flexibility but availability to cover up to 11 shifts/month (1 FTE). Shift times: 7a-7p, 7p-7a, and APC on site each day 11a-11p (physician locums will also cover this shift as needed). There an average of 23 patients per shift.
