Description: We are working with CVPH Medical Center, a Trauma Level III facility in Plattsburgh, NY. This hospital plays a vital role in serving the local community and provides comprehensive care with a strong support team.CVPH Medical CenterPlattsburgh, NYTrauma Level IIIGastroenterologySchedule:February - Ongoing1-2 weeks per month (Monday to Sunday, 7 days)Monday - Thursday:7:30 AM - 12 PM: Procedures1 PM - 5 PM: Rounding/ConsultsFriday - Sunday: 24-hour call (7 AM - 7 AM)Key Responsibilities:Moderate call requirements with 24/7 Hospitalist coverage.Manage a patient load of 10-15 and perform approximately 40 procedures weekly.Care for a mix of elective, urgent, and emergent inpatient/ER cases.Required procedures: Endoscopy and Colonoscopy.Support & Resources:Midlevel support provided at all times.Endo team available (nurses and techs).Admissions handled by the Hospitalist team.EMR System: EPIC.Interested?
