Summary







Responsible for the overall administration and development of the Lowell Michigan Location; ensuring safety, training, execution of standard operating procedures, and implementation of the organization's mission and talent strategy. Partners with the On-Site Operations Manager to ensure successful and efficient daily execution of company-wide operations to deliver best-in-class service to our customers.








Essential Functions




  • Oversight and implementation of employee schedules to ensure proper staffing levels

  • Maintain the company's cleaning and detailing procedures

  • Coordinate solutions for unsatisfactory cleanings or special requests

  • Develop and communicate KPIs to hit company growth targets

  • Complete quality control audits and cross-departmental feedback

  • Improves customer satisfaction through policy and procedural improvements

  • Procure and stock cleaning supplies with weekly audits to ensure supply meets demand

  • Transport and drive customer vehicles safely between dealerships or locations

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

  • Identify vehicle damages and issues to address for our customers

  • Train, develop, and motivate new and existing team members

  • Perform other duties not listed here that are essential to the business' needs and success




Organizational Relationships




  • Reports directly to the On-Site Operations Manager

  • Will have responsibility for 3 or more direct reports

Requirements:



Required Skills & Behaviors




  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects

  • High level of interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and work ethic

  • Availability to work flexible hours and weekends

  • Valid driver's license








Preferred Education / Experience




  • Experience in automotive detailing and people management preferred

Physical Requirements




  • To comply with the ADA, you have been informed that this position will require some repetitive, circular arm motions and will not be required to lift more than 50 pounds without the use of equipment to aid.

  • Prolonged periods of standing

  • Agility to get in and out of vehicles repeatedly







Compensation details: 18-20 Hourly Wage
