OIC CAREER OPPORTUNITY The Office of the Insurance Commissioner's (OIC) Unauthorized Companies & Registered Entities Investigations Unit is seeking a motivated and qualified individual to fill an Investigations Manager (Exempt) position. This position is assigned to the Legal Affairs Division, located in our Tumwater office. The Investigations Manager (Exempt) oversees all investigations of health care sharing ministries, fraudulent ERISA plans, service contract providers, discount plan organizations, captive insurance companies, protection product guarantee providers, health care and pharmacy benefit managers, and unauthorized insurance companies. We are seeking a candidate with a background in financial examination, financial auditing, or pharmacy investigation/pharmacy practice, who is well-versed in essential management principles such as coaching, training, and team building.
