Description: Adelphi is seeking Licensed Physical Therapists to provide Physical Therapy Services for a hospital in Kerr County, Texas. Active Texas license Responsibilities: Perform and interpret assessments and render clinical and consultative services to individuals and caregivers. Evaluate and assess gait dysfunction, pain management, orthopedic and neurological conditions. Plan, develop, and implement complex physical therapy protocols to treat, improve, or maintain the individual's level of health and function. Monitor, track, and trend data pertaining to services and assistive devices. Document patient progress and review/audit the treatment records as documented by Physical Therapist Assistants. Participate in quality assurance and quality enhancement activities. Assist in the development of the Person-Centered Recovery Plan (PCRP) and treatment planning and collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT). May supervise the work of others.
