Position: Advanced Practice Clinician in Chattanooga, TN

Join a team that provides psychiatry services to geriatric and adult patients. We treat treatable issues such as anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders. You will be a part of an integrated team with a primary care physician and nurse practitioner, and psychologist or licensed professional counselor. To give you maximum flexibility and lifestyle options we designed our system with a scheduled presence model with a round and go, set up facilities staff based on patient care needs allowing providers to focus on patient relationships, outcomes, and facility needs. You will be on a team that takes a collaborative team-based approach to patient care.



Opportunity Overview:

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday

  • Patient Volume: 15 patients per day


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments

  • Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with mental health disorders

  • Prescribe and manage medications

  • Provide therapy and counseling to individuals and groups (as needed)

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care

  • Educate patients and their families on mental health issues and treatment options



Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $130,000 to $144,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential; this full-time role is benefit eligible.
