Description: ENT Opening in Portland, ME Seeking an ENT to join its collegial team. Four-day work week (10-hour days) Outpatient coverage, ED coverage, Hospital Rounding, and Surgical Join two Otolaryngologists, a Nurse Practitioner, a Physician Assistant, two Audiologists, and Audiology Techs who provide care to patients in-clinic. Average 10 patients per day 1:4 call with extra compensation beyond that obligation Competitive Compensation $240.63 per hour as 1.0 FTE which annualizes to $500,000 $55/RVU over an annual threshold of 7,800 Sign-on bonus Relocation bonus Generous student loan repayment program Great Benefits EMR Cerner This is an interesting role where the physician can directly interact with community physicians, and the practice has strong, existing referral patterns to help a new surgeon get started quickly!
