Join the Arcadia Beverage team as a 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician! You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our beverage manufacturing facility during overnight hours from 10pm to 6:30am. This position involves performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment to minimize downtime and maintain optimal production efficiency.

What You'll Do:



  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks on production machinery and equipment according to established schedules.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems to identify and resolve issues promptly.

  • Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components to ensure continuous operation of production lines.

  • Utilize maintenance management software to log work orders, document repairs, and maintain equipment history records.

  • Collaborate with production supervisors to prioritize maintenance tasks and minimize disruptions to production schedules.

  • Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and production lines.

  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others.

  • Participate in training sessions and stay updated on new technologies and best practices in maintenance and manufacturing.

  • Perform general housekeeping and 4S standards.

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:


What We're Looking For:



  • Minimum 2 years' experience with PLC and industrial electrical experience required.

  • Experience with packaging/high speed production (e.g., bottling, consumer products, etc.)

  • Experience with hydraulic systems (high pressure cylinders, pumps, valves, troubleshooting).

  • Experience with compressors/ammonia systems (e.g., refrigeration systems).

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft applications an ability to grasp additional business-related applications.



Physical Requirements:



  • Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds at times.
