Supervise and mentor the accounting team of 4, building strategy for effective performance and professional development Create synergy that strengthens attributes of a high performing team Oversee all financial information including financial statement submission Manage expenses and cash flow Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning, decision-making, and strategic initiatives Prepare and present financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to senior management Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and strategic planning initiative Requirements:
