Provide technical expertise in the specialized fields of substation apparatus, protection and control equipment or communications equipment. Act as an expert to personnel in a specialized field to investigate and resolve problem situations or complex issues. Facilitate internal training for substation journeyman, relay technicians or communications technicians. Research, analyze, develop, and implement new programs, systems and/or processes in response to changing internal and external conditions. Develop and maintain operational and procedural documentation. • Provide technical expertise to critical and highly complex substation, distribution and transmission operation and control functions within the business. The Sr Engineer position requirements include: • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience supervising technical personnel. Additional InformationReq Id: 111508 This position is eligible for an annual discretionary performance incentive bonus of up to 15.00% of salary.
