Responsible for developing and implementing company legislative and regulatory strategies on various complex environmental issues for the states of California, Idaho, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming. Provides leadership and advice to management that guides the company's interest in fulfilling its Environmental RESPECT commitments. Under the direction of management implements business objectives, and plans. Supports company programs and policies. Supports mandated environmental programs and activities. Responsibilities• Evaluate proposed state and federal environmental laws and regulations that have the potential to impact company operations or policies. Develop comments on proposed state and federal laws and regulations. • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Political Science, Governmental Affairs, Communications or a related field; or the equivalent combination of education and experience. • JD, MBA, MS or similar advanced degree.
