- Residency training program in anesthesiology, physical medicine and rehabilitation, neurology, or a related field accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or the American Osteopathic Association (AOA).
- Fellowship training in pain management, focusing on advanced pain management techniques and interventional procedures.
License & Certifications:
- Board certification in pain medicine by the American Board of Anesthesiology (ABA), the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (ABPMR) or the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN).
- Active and unrestricted medical license in California.
Experience:
