Description: Specialty: Pediatrics / Internal Medicine. Qualifications: Board certified in Pediatrics / Internal Medicine. Licensure: Any state. WA license will be needed within 6 months of permanent hire. Certifications: BLS Schedule: M-F 8hrs/day. Option for 10 hour shifts, 4 days per week. Admin: 8 hours of administrative time allotted per week. Ages seen: 0-18 or all ages if IM/PED. Acuity: Walk in primary care, may see more acute urgent care level cases. Experience: 3 years COVID Vaccine Required: Yes Dates needed: Immediate - P rimarily perm but open to 6 month locum to perm Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days Staff: 1 medical director, 1 FM physician, 3 APCs.
