Position: Agronomy Accountant |
Description: Job Description: The Agronomy Accounting role includes invoicing customers, entering payables, processing vendor payments, assisting salespeople and other duties as assigned. Hours: 8am-5pm Location: Elkhorn, WI

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Maintain precise records of customer and vendor payments, invoices, and other financial records
- Prepare customer invoices
- Reconcile vendor statements
- Maintain historical records by creating PDF's and e-filing documents.
- Provide superior customer service
- All other duties assigned by management
Education, Certification and Experience:
- Required - High School or Equivalent
- Preferred - Associate's Degree in Accounting
- Preferred- Customer Service experience
Skills:
- Required - Solid understanding of general accounting principles
- Required - Above average communication and organizational skills
- Required - Strong ability to multi-task, work independently and problem solve.
- Required - Excellent time management
- Required - Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
