This immediate practice opportunity is ideal for a fellowship-trained surgeon who thrives in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment providing comprehensive surgical care.


Position Highlights:

  • Work in a designated Level 1 Trauma and Burn Center delivering a full spectrum of surgical services.

  • Collaborate with a highly skilled team and report directly to the Chief of Trauma and the Chair of the Department of Surgery.

  • Contribute to a robust academic and research-oriented environment, including teaching responsibilities and opportunities for health services, translational, or basic science research.

Requirements:

  • M.D. or D.O. from an accredited medical or osteopathic school.

  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited general surgery residency and surgical critical care fellowship.

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Surgery in General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care.

  • Proven expertise in emergency surgery, surgical critical care, and trauma patient management.

  • A demonstrated record of teaching and research experience.
