Must complete facility training.Responsibilities: Provide care for patients manage medication administration and treatments; provide medication education and complete documentation. Perform computer data entry. (Will be trained) Comply with facility Standard Operating Procedures to meet standards for accrediting agencies; ICF-IDD Regulations, DSSLC Policy & Directives & Agency Standards, Rules & Directives. Administer nursing care within a set forth scope of practice. Provide general nursing and direct care.
