- Education: Graduate of an APTA approved four year bachelor s degree program, or foreign equivalent.
- Licensure: Current PT License through the AZ Board of Physical Therapy
- Certification: BLS and AED through the American Heart Association
- Experience: Recent experience working with an adult and geriatric population. New grads encouraged to apply as well!
