Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of First Senior I & II. As the Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our community runs smoothly and that our residents enjoy a high standard of living. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for senior care and property management to make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Resident Relations: Foster positive relationships with residents and their families, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, including maintenance, safety, and compliance with regulations.
Marketing & Leasing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents, manage the leasing process, and maintain high occupancy rates.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the property complies with all local, state, and federal regulations related to Section 42 and property management.
- Proven experience as a Property Manager, ideally in a senior living or multifamily residential setting.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid understanding of financial management, including budgeting and reporting.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations affecting senior living and property management.
- Ability to handle emergencies and stressful situations with a calm and professional demeanor.
