We are seeking a highly qualified Therapist to join our team. As a Substance Abuse and Mental Health Therapist, you'll be on the front lines of providing essential therapeutic support to individuals dealing with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's degree in counseling, social work, or related field preferred
- Active LPC, LSW, LPCC, or LISW license
- Experience providing therapy services to diverse populations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical standards
Responsibilities:
- Conducting individual counseling sessions and leading engaging group therapy.
- Maintaining detailed documentation to ensure comprehensive client care.
- Creating and implementing personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
- Coordinating seamless discharge planning to support clients' smooth transitions.
- Collaborating with other agencies to advocate for holistic, integrated care.
- Offering case management services to enhance overall client well-being.
Skills:
As a Therapist, you will use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and create a safe and supportive environment. You will also use your expertise in counseling and therapy to assess clients' needs and develop effective treatment plans. Your ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical standards will be crucial in building trust with clients. Additionally, your experience with trauma-informed care, working with diverse populations, and using electronic health records and teletherapy will be valuable assets in this role.
Physical Requirements:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
- The employee is frequently required to walk, balance, stoop, kneel, and/or crouch. Occasionally, the employee must lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required for this role include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Keyboard data entry is also required.
