Doctorate in Physical Therapy A minimum of 10 years of experience and certification of advanced clinical competency such as TDPT, OCS, SCS, GCS. FAAOMPT or other as approved by the Director of Rehabilitation. Current Alaska Physical Therapy license (or obtain an Alaska PT license prior to hire date), and BLS certification. Responsible for the clinical direction and development of one of the Rehab Dept subspecialties. Certified in two subspecialties. Alaska license (Compact Allowed) BLS
