Employers Options is seeking a Financial Literacy Coach to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Instruct financial literacy classes for adults and teens, focusing on topics such as business planning, budgeting, and credit management
- Provide one-on-one and group guidance to assess clients' financial needs and offer personalized assistance
- Promote the financial literacy program through community outreach, social media, and public speaking engagements
- Track program progress and manage client interactions using CRM tools
- Market the program to increase participation and ensure exceptional customer service and support for all clients
Position Requirements:
- Bilingual abilities preferred
- Strong communication, public speaking, and presentation skills
- Ability to develop business plans and financial projections
- Basic knowledge of interpreting financial documents and writing reports
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
