The Sr. Generalist may have the following duties in addition to those for HR Generalist - labor relations activities, complex employee relations matters, and highly sensitive investigations Job Responsibilities
Manages assigned programs; investigates employee relations issues; advises managers and supervisors on regulations, policies, and effective HR practice; performs special projects as assigned. Qualifications:

Required: Bachelor's in related field or equivalent experience Experience:
Required: 4 years in Human Resources Certifications:
