Job Summary:
The Digital Sales Executive (SE) is responsible for driving revenue through selling Stirista's digital and CTV products and services to agencies and brands. The SE is responsible for closing new logo opportunities. The SE owns the full sales cycle.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Understands and comfortable presenting all of Stirista's digital solutions
- Prospects frequently for new business opportunities.
- Follows-up on leads and opportunities in a timely manner.
- Travel for prospect meetings and applicable tradeshows.
- Exceeds quarterly and annual new business objectives.
- Keeps current with all opportunities.
- Works closely with Client Services to make sure new clients are effectively transitioned to Client Services for a successful launch.
- Collaborates with Marketing teams to develop and promote sales narratives about the value proposition.
- Stays abreast of competitive and market changes.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Established record of exceeding new business revenue expectations.
- Experienced in selling digital and CTV offerings.
- Relationships with ad agencies, media buyers, brand directs, and technology decision-makers.
- Strong quantitative and negotiation skills.
- Agile learner - able to demonstrate rapid grasp of new technology and product updates.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills and comfort presenting in front of a client a must.
- Ability to travel nationwide to attend client meetings, conferences, seminars, and industry events.
Education and Experience:
- 5+ years of digital / CTV outbound sales experience.
- Experience managing long and short sales cycles with multiple partners in order to diversify portfolio of business under management.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to travel 30 % of the year.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up-to 25 pounds at times.
