Position: Third Party Sales Specialist |
Description: BWW Law Group, LLC, an "AV" rated real estate law firm with offices located in Rockville, MD and Richmond, VA is seeking a dynamic and motivated Third Party Sales Specialist to join our Rockville, MD team. This position is full time and on-site. Attention to detail is required to succeed as a part of our team! Our Rockville office is Metro accessible (Red Line) and provides free employee parking.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Coordinate settlements with purchasers/settlement companies after public auctions of real property;
- Review HUD settlement statements for accuracy;
- Prepare draft Trustee's Deed and Trustee's Certification;
- Notarize Deeds and Affidavits;
- Transmit completed settlement packages to settlement company after approval and execution;
- Maintain sales pipeline, client communications, and distributions of proceeds of sale;
- Collect contracts and deposits from trustees and send to accounting;
- Complete events in client systems, draft chronologies, respond to document inquiries;
- Prepare proceeds packages to client;
- Track post-sale documents necessary to prepare Account of Sale for Commissioner of Accounts;
- Track and monitor invoices on total debt files;
- Request reimbursements for clients upon receipt;
- Track recorded deeds.
Qualifications :
- 1-3 years administrative support experience, preferably in a law firm, settlement or title company environment;
- Experience with real estate sales, settlements, or real estate law highly desired but not essential;
- Maryland notary commission (or ability to successfully complete a notary certification course and exam);
- The ideal candidate will be a great communicator, both in writing and by phone;
- Proficient in preparing reports, compiling documents, and analyzing data. Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask. Ability to follow directions and policies and maintain strict confidentiality;
- Must be comfortable working independently and in a paperless environment;
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat and/or Foxit PDF;
- Must be able to work on-site in an office environment between the hours of 9AM-5:30PM.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
