Summary
As an eBanking Consumer Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering a positive digital customer service experience and also providing operational support and education to internal and external customers. The primary areas for support will be in digital delivery services, fraud mitigation services, and procedures for consumer eBanking customers. You will work in conjunction with the Consumer eBanking Team Leader to create training documentation to keep all retail deposit team members up to date on features and benefits of Consumer eBanking and will become a subject matter expert as additional services associated with digital products for consumers are enhanced or added.

- Ability to complete a task with focus and attention to detail.
- Consistently well organized to manage a large-scale customer base.
- Work in a team orientated environment, while also being self-sufficient.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be able to operate standard office and bank equipment and required software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Willingness to gain proficiency in electronic platforms such as DocuSign, internal intranet, and mobile based services.
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have most or all of the following qualifications:
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion of customer and bank information.
- Knowledge of online banking products and/or previous banking experience is required.
