Position: Family Practice - Without OB Physician |
Description:
Planet Healthcare is actively seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine trained physician to join a growing practice located in Plymouth, Indiana. Near the University of Notre Dame.
Outpatient Family Medicine (safety net clinic) with two physicians and one nurse practitioner. This position is OB-optional.

Job Description:
- Schedule is Monday through Friday
- Conventional Family Medicine practice treating chronic disease management; dressing changes; sutures; biopsies; pap smears; joint injection/aspiration
- Basic laboratory services are available and basic procedures such as skin tag and mole removal, suturing, and joint injections may be performed
- Treating pediatrics to geriatrics
- EMR: Epic
Compensation and Benefits:

- 27 days off per year; 7 holidays; 5 days and $3,000 for CME
