- SRSMG is a large, physician led, multi-specialty group that offers patients convenient, coordinated & integrated care
- All clinics have a lead RN, triage RNs, LVNs and 1:1 Provider/MA ratio plus operations team
- Integrated EMR system allows for seamless communication among group PCP's & specialists
- Group has close to 200 Primary care providers working across San Diego County at 19 clinic sites
- SRS offers a full range of services for convenient, coordinated care across 29 different specialties in medicine

Position Details:
- 100% Outpatient Practice - Primary Care- Family Medicine
- Shared phone call across a large provider pool
- 4.5-day work week averaging 19-22 patients/day - Flexible scheduling available with the option of one half day virtual care
- Board certification/board eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. Board certification is required within 2 years of employment.
- Shareholder track- (2 years for full-time; 4 years for half-time)

Minimum starting annual base salary 1.0FTE, is $265,000/year. The posted annual salary is the starting annual base compensation only. The amount does not include productivity, bonuses or incentives. Compensation is subject to the individual department/division compensation plans. More information is discussed during the recruitment process.
