Physio Physical Therapy and Wellness, an H2 Health company in Asheville, NC, is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Clinical Director/Physical Therapist for our outpatient orthopedic clinic. As the Clinic Director, you'll lead a highly motivated team that is highly involved in their community, providing one-on-one care to a wide range of patients, including athletes, weekend warriors, hikers, and runners. What You'll Do:

• Provide hands-on treatment, including manual therapy, dry needling, ASTYM, and more.


• Lead and mentor a talented team while managing clinic operations, tracking metrics, and ensuring compliance.


• Build relationships with patients and the local community to establish the clinic as a go-to provider for expert physical therapy.


• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver outstanding patient care.

What You'll Need:

• 
  Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.


• 
  Experience: A minimum of 3 years in outpatient orthopedics is required, with leadership or management experience preferred.


• 
  Qualifications: Active or eligible Physical Therapy license in North Carolina. Dry needling certification is a plus.


• 
  Mindset: Passionate about advancing clinical skills, fostering a positive team culture, and making a difference in patients' lives.
