Requirements:

• Board Certified - Required
• Active CA License - Required
• Current CA fluoroscopy permit REQUIRED by start date. Will consider those willing to obtain as long as they will have it by April 2025!
• Fellowship trained in Ortho Trauma is REQUIRED!
• Clean Malpractice - Required
