Description: Coverage Needed:
- ASAP - July 2025
- Shift times: 6a-4p, 10a-8p, 4p-2a, 8p-6am
Clinical Information:
- Census:140 ED visits/day
- Daily admissions: 40%
- Mix and high acuity, Typical high acuity ER
- Level 2 trauma
- Comprehensive stroke
- Separate peds ER
- OB on-site with its own OB ED
- Support Staff: 40 hours of physician coverage, 41 of APP
- EM physicians typically on staff per shift: 2
Required:
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
- Current Flu Vaccine
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
- Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
- Board Certified in ABEM
- Required Procedures: All ED relevant procedures
- Providers living inside of 50 miles from the facility will be considered "Local", and will not be eligible for this role
