PayActive: Early access to earned wages Your Role as RN Unit Manager As an RN Unit Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring quality care and operational excellence on your unit. You will: - Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain nursing objectives and standards of care.
- Act as a clinical and managerial resource, fostering positive changes and improvements in care delivery.
- Conduct daily rounds, addressing resident care needs and clinical responsibilities when necessary.
- Ensure accurate, high-quality documentation and monitor compliance with nursing policies and procedures.
- Participate in resident care conferences and maintain open communication with residents, families, staff, and physicians.
What You ll Bring Licensure: Current RN license in Iowa. Certification: CPR certification required. Experience: - Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
- At least 1 year of recent clinical experience in geriatric nursing.
