Description: Neonatal NP Openings in Albuquerque, New Mexico 2 OpeningsStart date: ideally within next 3-5 months Position Details: - Full-time or part-time- Permanent positions (no locums)- The group is converting to an in-house NNP model for their Level 3 NICU in Albuquerque. It is licensed for 53 beds but the daily census ranges widely from 15-25. - Some prior NICU experience is required. - The group takes care of all gestational ages, but no surgery or ECMO. - All ventilatory modes are represented and the facility does have nitric oxide. - Providers get called to high risk deliveries but not necessarily every c-section. - Seven 24-hr shifts will be considered full time with the ability to do extra or bundle shifts. - Ability to work extra shifts in the newborn nursery or in the NICU for additional pay, if desired. Compensation/Benefits: - Salary range for full-time: $110,000-135,000, based on experience.- Part-time compensation: $60-75/hr. - Full-time incentives: Both sign-on and relocation- Full benefits package for full-time, which includes: medical/dental/life/short and long term life insurances, HSA benefits, and a 401K
