Become part of the team that is shaping E.ON's Capital Market positioning and communication, in particular

  Be responsible for the preparation of capital market communications (e.g. quarterly earning calls, including presentation CEO/CFO script, conference call Q&A preparation and internal approval loops, roadshows, conferences, Annual General Meeting)

  Take a leadership role in developing E.ONs Equity Story, ESG positioning and our overall capital market strategy

  Build strong relationships with the financial community, including direct communication with investors and sell-side analysts

  Independently prepare and participate in investor conferences & roadshows with and without Senior Management

  Independently analyze analyst reports, sector and competitor developments and company valuation models, including the management of capital market expectations

  Preparation of capital market relevant topics for Senior Management with a focus on outside-in views

  
  

A background that convinces us:

• 
  

  (Postgraduate) or master's degree in finance, economics, business administration or comparable studies with a focus on finance or strategy, preferably with further training in Investor Relations or Financial Analysis (CIRO, CIIA/CEFA, CFA, CFP)/ Business Administration (MBA)

  Minimum of 5 years of business experience required or relevant professional experience in the field of investor relations, sell side equity research etc. or other financial capital markets

  
  


• 
  

  Strong storytelling and visualization skills, and ability to understand, analyze, summarize and articulate financial data

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to convert complex business and financial information into compelling conversations, texts and presentations

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent interpersonal and networking skills across different hierarchy levels

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to deliver strategic messages and to interact with Senior Management

  High learning agility and a can-do attitude, high ambition and intrinsic motivation
