• Salary: $260K+ production incentive year 2
• Sign on bonus: $20K+ (Negotiable per needs)

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILSFamily Medicine (FM)

• Hours 4-day week (36 hours)
• Clinic outpatient, no hospital rounding
• Patients daily: 18-22
• Patient breakdown: 25% Child, 50% Adults, 25% Geriatric
• Phone call (rare): outpatient clinic only, first call through service.
