COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Gastroenterology (GI)
Salary/sign-on:$750Kfirst year
Partnership: Year 2 (surgical center and practice)- Paid: Malpractice, licensing fees, medical society dues
- Health: Paid with long term disability.
- PTO: 4 weeks + all paid holidays (Year 1 then accrues)
- CME: 10 days per year
Educationrepayment: Through hospital- Profit Sharing
- No revenue sharing.

- After hours (1:4-1:5 shared)
- Clinic Day: 20 PPD / Surgical Center Day: 17 PPD
