Job Summary
As the Senior Director of Product Management, you will own and manage the Comcast Business Video and SaaS portfolios and products, with a focus on strategy, product lifecycle management, and innovation. You will lead a dynamic team of product managers and software engineers to deliver cutting-edge solutions, optimize existing offerings, and explore new market opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio & Product Leadership
Video Portfolio: Serve as the business leader and subject matter expert for Video products, including X1 for Hospitality, X1 for SMB, IP video solutions, device lifecycle management, and content expiration planning.
SaaS Portfolio: Oversee the Comcast Business Cloud Marketplace, ensuring it meets customer needs and drives revenue growth.
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of approximately 10 product managers and software engineers.
Foster innovation by guiding software engineering initiatives to develop tools, accelerate programs, and create proof of concepts.
Strategic Planning and Execution
Define and execute product roadmaps and strategic plans aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Technical Operations (TPX), Content Acquisition, Legal, and Divisions to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery of new services and enhancements.
Conduct market research, feasibility analyses, and competitive intelligence gathering to inform strategic decision-making.
Operational Excellence
Establish policies and procedures to meet operational and financial goals.
Oversee product modifications, cost-reduction initiatives, margin analysis, forecasting, and positioning strategies.
Manage product pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to optimize profitability.
Customer-Centric Innovation
Identify and explore new product ideas, technologies, and business opportunities to expand the portfolio and enhance customer satisfaction.
Champion the customer experience by integrating seamless digital solutions at every touchpoint.
Organizational Impact
Actively contribute to Comcast's Net Promoter System by gathering and elevating employee and customer feedback to improve service delivery.
