Description: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)Full-Time: AM, PM, overnight (NOC) shifts available -$38.50-$40 per hour -LOTS of Opportunity in a Stable & Beautiful work environment.-Fulltime Benefits include PTO, Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, and more.-401k with Employer Match.-Tuition Assistance.-Talent development reviews and growth opportunities.-Commuter Reimbursement.The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) assists the Director and oversees the direct care of the residents being provided by the Caregivers and Medication Aides-Assists the Director with contacting residents attending physicians for changes of condition, new admission orders, discharge orders and all necessary changes in medication and treatment orders. -Responsible for notifying resident family members/surrogate decision makers of changes in condition, changes in medication and treatment orders, obtaining informed consents, developing resident care plans, documents all physician, resident, family member/surrogate decision maker communication.-Responds quickly, calmly and professionally to medical emergencies.-Knowledgeably and skillfully performs Intravenous therapy with in the LVN scope of practice, tube feedings, oxygen administration and related procedures, catheterizations, suctioning and dressing changes.-Accurately carries out medication administration and treatment procedures.
