Job purpose


As the PMO and Transformation Lead you will play a crucial role in executing the organization's strategic direction, driving organizational transformation, and optimizing business processes. The successful candidate will have experience executing strategic initiatives, maintaining oversight through PMO, and structuring high quality deliverables.


The PMO and Transformation Lead will report to the Head of Transformation and will work closely with the broader Strategy & Transformation team. This is a high visibility role that requires the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization, build strong relationships, and demonstrate high emotional intelligence (EQ).


Duties and Responsibilities


Strategic Initiatives, Process Excellence, and Reporting



  • Implement the organization's highest-priority strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with the enterprise strategic plan

  • Evaluate key current state cross-functional processes and synthesize observations into actionable insights

  • Deliver process and productivity improvements and establish tools and controls for governance

  • Drive the development of key assets and communication materials for the Board, C-Suite executives, Leadership forums and others across the company


Project Management and Reporting



  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle for strategic initiatives from scoping through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, while providing visibility to leadership through timely escalation of risks and ongoing reporting

  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and milestones

  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the progress of strategic initiatives

  • Craft compelling narratives and visual aids for key reports on strategic plan execution and outcomes


Stakeholder Management



  • Build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of the organization

  • Work closely with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements

Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Management, or a related field; Advanced degree preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, project management, strategic planning, or a related field, with progressive responsibility.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex projects.

  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) to manage and build relationships effectively.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Project management certification preferred


Work Conditions/Physical Requirements


5 days in the office. Noise level is moderate. The ability to work after normal business hours as needed is required.


Direct reports


This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
