Requirements:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible
• Active MA License is required or pending (in process)
• Needs active DEA and Massachusetts controlled substance license
• Experience with following radiation techniques: 3D conformal IMRT SBRT and SRS (No brachy needed)
• Conversion rate cap 25k- REQUIRED
