Location: Southeastern Kentucky
Duration: October - Ongoing
Schedule: Flexible 1-4 weeks per month
Hours: Clinic 8a-4:30p
Call: optional weeknight call and 24 hour call
Scope: General Urology open to clinic only or clinic with call (robotics preferred but not required)
Volume: clinic 20-22 PPD
EMR: Meditech
Credentialing: 30-60 days
Require: BC/BE, Active KY or IMLC Compact License
