Description: Play a key role in a holistic programme to deliver a 21st century model estate that is carbon-neutral by 2030
The Role:
Join us and a vibrant community at Lancaster West to deliver carbon-neutral estate hand in hand with residents.
We are passionate about creating a positive impact on our neighbourhood through a range of sustainability projects including retrofit of social housing, delivering green heat and energy, improving landscape and biodiversity, and facilitating a circular economy opportunities and the adoption of green skills within the community.
We've reduced carbon emissions on the estate by 24% since 2018; our flagship renewable heat network programme the Notting Dale Heat network has broken ground and the country's first whole block deep retrofit at Treadgold House is nearing completion.
About Us:
The Lancaster West Neighbourhood Team is a team recruited in partnership with residents, managing 826 homes across the Lancaster West Estate, as well as homes managed by Grenfell Housing Services.
Our work is focused on working with residents to design and deliver excellent housing services, and co-design a 21st century model social housing that is carbon-neutral by 2030.
About You:
You will be required to embrace a culture of co-design to deliver excellent outcomes for our residents. Above all, you'll be driven by the passion to make a difference, inspire confidence, and be keen to help Lancaster West go carbon-neutral by 2030.
