Position: RN job in Alpharetta GA

Description: The Swan Center for Plastic Surgery has been helping Atlanta cosmetic surgery patients look beautiful and feel amazing since 1993. The board-certified plastic surgeons and staff at The Swan Center are committed to helping patients and strive to provide a positive patient experience, from the very first consult up to the final follow-up.
By focusing solely on cosmetic medicine, we're able to concentrate on providing top-notch care and beautiful aesthetic results. This dedication to high-quality care has allowed The Swan Center to treat thousands of happy clients. Because of them, we are able to be incredibly proud of our reputation for stellar service and phenomenal patient care.
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse on a full-time basis to deliver high-quality care in the Pre-Op, PACU, and Operating Room settings for a variety of plastic surgery procedures.

As a Registered Nurse, you will conduct pre-operative assessments, review medical histories, and ensure patients are well-prepared for surgery. During surgical procedures, you will assist anesthesiologists and surgeons by preparing instruments, maintaining a sterile environment, and closely monitoring patients. Post-operatively, you will manage patients in the PACU, addressing pain, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring a smooth recovery. Patient education is a key part of the role, as you will guide patients and their families on pre- and post-operative care. Additionally, you will maintain accurate and detailed patient records while collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure a seamless surgical experience.
We offer competitive compensation based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and exclusive injectable, spa, and surgical benefits.
Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia.

  • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.

  • BLS and ACLS certifications required.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  • Experience in plastic or cosmetic surgery is a plus but not required.
