Description: Work Dates Needed: ASAP, Full-time, ongoing position with some on-call requirements. Preferred Schedule: 40 hours/week, full-time with flexibility for call shifts. Worksite Setting: Correctional Facility - La Palma Correctional Center, Eloy, AZ. Scope of Work: Corrections Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Must have a valid AZ medical license and DEA. Must graduate from an accredited school of medicine and hold a valid driver's license. EMR: To be confirmed based on CoreCivic's system. Pay Rate Preferred: $120/hour / Call (Beeper hold 5 p.m. 8 a.m.) $400: $200/hour for patient contact during call-back.
