Automotive Deal Coster/Bookkeeper

We are looking for an Automotive Deal Coster/ Bookkeeper to work in our St James, NY office. A successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organized and able to multitask.

Salary range $55,000-$65,000 for those with 1+ years deal costing experience. Salary depends on experience.

Responsibilities:

Costing and posting deals

Reconciling corresponding schedules

Remitting after-sales Payables

Maintaining accurate financial records
- Other small clerical duties

Experience as either Deal Coster/ Biller/ Auto Bookkeeper. CDK experience is a plus

Solid math and reconciling skills

Strong basic computer skills (email, MS Suite, Google Suite)

Needs to be detailed oriented and a problem solver

Must be a team player

This is full-time 37.5 hours per week, in person Monday-Friday
