Description: The Service Technician is the technician for residential and/or commercial garage doors, door openers, and keyless entry systems. Work will be performed in newly constructed or existing homes and commercial buildings. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

WORK CONDITIONS: This job operates in diverse conditions including but not limited to inside and outdoor conditions that can be exposed to the environment. This job requires travel around the Metro Area including the Twin Cities (Minneapolis & St Paul). This role routinely uses standard installation tools such as portable hand tools, screwdrivers, hammers, ladders, and other tools used in the installation of an overhead garage door. Outdoor environment; exposure to extreme weather conditions; work with and around vehicles/machinery; exposure to dust and fumes from motorized equipment; exposure to noise, odors, and gases; exposure to heavy traffic conditions.
