Specializing in memory support, rehabilitation therapy, post acute care, memory support and pain management, the Director will have the opportunity to grow their experience and skills in a supportive and tight knit environment. The Nurse Director will report to the experienced Executive Director, and be responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the department. The Director will lead a close knit team of RN s while working in collaboration with other leaders to streamline methods to provide continuous high quality care for residents. The Clinical Team is composed of a Physician, Nurse Practitioner, Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Registered Dietitian, and Certified Nursing Assistants. Within the 80+ bed facility, the Nursing Director of Rehabilitation Services will oversee every aspect of patient care and the facilities specialities such as respite care and supplementary care. The Nursing Director of Rehabilitation Services will work alongside the experienced rehabilitation staff as well as highly motivated Physicians.
