Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to achieve therapy goals. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatments and progress. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members. Assist in the general operation and development of the therapy department. Collaborate on program development to enhance patient outcomes. Qualifications: Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Minnesota. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-focused approach.
